California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) are intended to enhance privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, United States of America. This section provides information, organized in accordance with the CCPA/CPRA for residents of California, about how we handle certain personal information we have collected on or after January 1, 2022.
Your Rights
Pursuant to the CCPA/CPRA, California consumers have the right to make the following requests regarding their personal information:
Deletion. You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you.
Right to Know. You have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you on or after January 1, 2022, including the categories of information, sources, and purposes of collection, as well as categories of third parties we have shared it with.
Right to Correct. You have the right to request corrections to inaccurate personal information we have collected about you on or after January 1, 2022.
Right to Limit Use. You have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to that which is reasonably expected and necessary to provide goods or services. MEDITECH already limits our use of sensitive personal information in this way.
