MedPower Pilots AI QuickAssist at Appalachian Regional Healthcare

MedPower announces the launch of its new QuickAssist AI-powered assistant for MEDITECH Expanse at Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH). This innovative solution is designed to provide Level 1 support and just-in-time training to physicians using the MEDITECH Expanse electronic health record (EHR) system.

Appalachian Regional Healthcare is an early adopter of the MedPower AI QuickAssist application. Initial feedback from the hospital's IT team has been very positive.

The QuickAssist AI solution is able to query MedPower’s exclusive Expanse training library and provide detailed, step-by-step answers to simple and complex workflows. It can also provide microlearning video tutorials.

This tool should fill those gaps and empower physicians to easily access a solution on their own.”

MedPower is currently rolling out the QuickAssist AI solution to a small group of physicians at Appalachian Regional Healthcare. A larger group of physicians will have access to the solution by the end of January.
