MedPower Moves AI QuickAssist Into Early Release, Delivering Instant MEDITECH Expanse Support to More Hospitals
Building on the promising results of our pilot program with Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH), MedPower is excited to announce the early release of AI QuickAssist! Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) and Avem Health Partners are among the first to gain access to this innovative AI-powered support for MEDITECH Expanse.
MedPower QuickAssist is an AI-powered chatbot designed to provide just-in-time training support for MEDITECH Expanse users. It acts as a virtual MEDITECH expert, available 24/7 to answer Expanse questions and guide users through workflows. Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) will utilize QuickAssist to enhance access to targeted training support for their staff. This will help to streamline support and improve operational efficiency.
