Scope
This Notice supplements the information outlined in the MedPower website Privacy Policy by outlining the manner in which we collect, use, disclose and otherwise treat the personal information of consumers based in Canada, not only through the MedPower website, but through other MedPower products, services, software and offerings (“MedPower Software”).
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
To access the personal information we have about you, to correct inaccuracies, or to delete information, please write to us through our contact page. To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before making any corrections or modifications to your information.
Your Rights

Deletion. You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you.
Right to Know. You have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you on or after January 1, 2022, including the categories of information, sources, and purposes of collection, as well as categories of third parties we have shared it with.
Right to Correct. You have the right to request corrections to inaccurate personal information we have collected about you on or after January 1, 2022.
Right to Limit Use. You have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to that which is reasonably expected and necessary to provide goods or services. MEDITECH already limits our use of sensitive personal information in this way.
